About Me
I am a Primary Care Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. I have been a registered nurse since 2005 and a nurse practitioner since 2017. After becoming seriously ill, I found that conventional medicine alone could not provide the healing I needed. Turning to functional medicine and holistic care allowed me to recover—transforming from a hospice candidate into a thriving human again. I am committed to offering that same opportunity for healing to others. My goal is to help you achieve optimal health and wellness by integrating functional medicine and lifestyle changes into your care. While I value and use western medicine when appropriate, I believe true comprehensive care goes beyond prescriptions and procedures. As someone living with a Mast Cell disorder myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience, and I am dedicated to helping you feel better.
Conditions I Treat
I am available for ongoing primary care services for a monthly fee of $75, with a three-month commitment to enroll. I also offer consults for individuals who have been told their symptoms are “all in your head,” advised to “see a psychiatrist,” or left without answers after seeing multiple specialists. I provide care for Mast Cell Disorders, anxiety, digestive conditions, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, respiratory concerns, and more. Contact me today to learn how I can support your health.
My Approach
My holistic approach to healthcare considers the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while addressing the root causes of your health concerns. Together, we’ll develop a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs. I place a strong emphasis on lifestyle changes and enjoy helping you incorporate and sustain them. I am currently pursuing my functional medicine certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine, and I’m eager to share the knowledge I’ve already gained with my patients. In our work together, we may explore your limbic system, vagus nerve, environment, and even the role your pets play in your health.
